Click & Collect
Collect your order free from our warehouse, Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm. We're closed at weekends and on bank holidays.
Wait for your "ready for collection" email before you come. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday are ready on Monday, or the next working day after a bank holiday. When you arrive, ring the bell and show your ready email and order number.
Customs & Import Duties
Ireland, EU, UK & USA: No customs charges or import duties to pay on delivery. EU orders ship from within the EU, so there are no extra fees.
All other countries (including Canada, Australia, Switzerland and Norway): your order may be charged customs fees, import duties or local taxes when it arrives. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the customer. We can't cover or refund these charges.
Tracking & Delays

- Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched the next working day.
- Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays or customs checks.
