We hope you love your purchase, but we understand you can’t try the garments on before buying. We accept returns if they are received within 14 days of delivery.
How do I return?
- Click on the button above and follow the steps to start your return.
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines after your return has been approved. Items outside of our 14 days return policy or that will not reach us within 14 days, will not be able to process a return.
- Please note return approvals take 24 hours, any returns submitted over the weekend will be approved on the following working day.
- Orders must be received by us within 14 days. Orders that are late will not be accepted and will be returned at the customers expense. Returns that are late because you were on holiday will not be accepted.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- If items are found with fake tan marks or dirt will be refused and sent back to the original shipping address without notice.
- Items must have all tags still attached, including outside tags.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition.
- You are liable for the package until it has been delivered to us so we recommend you sending the item tracked incase the parcel goes missing.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items on sale with 40% off will be refunded by store credit.
- Items that have inside or outside tags removed.
- Stained or soiled items - make up, fake tan, perfume scent ect.
- Late returns (outside of 14 day policy).
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the cost of your return.
- Please note FREE delivery is only valid if your item is not returned, if you return an item that qualified for free delivery the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
How soon will I get my refund?
- You will only recieve an email once a refund has been processed.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Returns can take up to 10 working days to be inspected and for a refund to be processed.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.
