We hope you love your purchase, but we understand you can’t try the garments on before buying. We accept returns if they are received within 21 days of delivery.
How do I return?
- Click on the button above and follow the steps to start your return.
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines after your return has been approved, this takes up to 24 hours. Items outside of our 21 day return policy will not be able to process a return, or this will be rejected.
- Please note return approvals take 24 hours, any returns submitted over the weekend will be approved on the following working day.
- Orders must be received by us within 21 days of the delivery date, please check when you signed for your parcel before submitting. Orders that are late will not be accepted and will be returned at the customers' expense. Returns that are late because you were on holiday will not be accepted.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- If items are found with fake tan marks or dirt will be refused and sent back to the original shipping address without notice.
- Items must have all tags still attached, including outside tags.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition.
- You are liable for the package until it has been delivered to us so we recommend you send the item tracked.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items on sale with 40% off will be refunded by store credit.
- Items that have inside or outside tags removed.
- Stained or soiled items - makeup, fake tan, perfume scent etc.
- Late returns (outside of 21-day policy).
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the cost of your return.
How soon will I get my refund?
- You will only receive an email once a refund has been processed.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Returns can take up to 7 working days to be inspected and for a refund to be processed.
