Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
We use DPD Ireland & DPD UK, Royal Mail, An Post and DHL Express.
We do try our best to dispatch orders asap, however do email us from the same email address on your order and we will check if we can change the address for you.
If your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to change your address.
Order Queries
Please check your spam folder and that the email you provided as correct.
No worries, please reach out and we will get this changed.
Sorry, we run a very busy warehouse and we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
Oh no, we are sorry to hear this, please reach out with you order number and
details within 24 hours so that we can assist you and resolve as quickly as
possible.
The item you ordered may have been out of stock, it is worth checking your
emails, including junk and spam folders to see if we have sent you an email
about this.
If we haven’t please contact our team with your order details within 24 hours
of delivery so we can look into this further for you.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your order, but if you do need to return, we operate a
straight-forward 28 day return policy.
We allow 14 days for you to notify us of a return and a further 14 days for us to
receive the return.
This period starts from the day delivery is made to your nominated delivery
address.
Please note - Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted
We do not currently have an email notification system for when your return
has arrived at our warehouse.
You will only receive a notification once your return has been processed.
Please contact our team with your order details so we can assist further.
We are sorry if we have made a mistake with your refund.
Before you contact us, there are a couple of things that may affect the amount
you have been refunded.
• The delivery charge, which is non-refundable
• Any discounts that were applied to the order
If your refund is still incorrect, please contact our team and we will try to
resolve this for you as soon as possible.
We will accept more than one order in a return – however please ensure all
original packing slips are enclosed so that the returns team can identify and
process orders asap.
We do not refund original shipping fees.
We are unable to accept returns outside of the return’s timescales, if there is a
delay or an issue with you returning your order please contact our team.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If another size is required, please return
your order for a refund and place a fresh order for your desired size.

If an order is placed for 6 items or more and all items are returned, a restocking/repackaging fee of €15/£15 will be deductyed from the refund amount.
Product Restock Queries
We regularly restock styles, if you want to be notified of a product restock,
please sign up for a restock notification by selecting the “NOTIFY ME WHEN
AVAILABLE” button on the product page.

deal. So is worth checking the website as we are always running great
promotions where you can grab yourself a deal.
If you are after a discount code, we send these to our customers in our
newsletters.

banner on our website too, please keep your eyes peeled!
