International Shipping to Canada

All international orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ireland (EU) using trusted couriers UPS and DHL.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

Please note that import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply once your order reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

We operate a 28-day Returns Policy — you have 14 days to submit your return and a further 14 days for it to reach us.

Whether your item was full price or on sale, we’re happy to offer a refund for all orders that meet our Returns Policy requirements.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. However, we can provide lower-cost prepaid return labels for international customers to make the process easier and more affordable.
