UK Shipping Info

UK orders are sent from the UK with Royal Mail, meaning there are no nasty customs fees for UK customers  

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note: "Delivery days" are Mon-Friday only excluding public/bank holidays.    

Pre-order items - Please note pre-order items will be dispatched on the date provided within the description. If any orders are placed with in stock items they will be shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock.

How can I track my order?  

Please check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, inside you will find your tracking number with a link below to track your order. Or you can send us an email and we will be more than happy to help!  

 

My delivery was late, can I get a refund for the delivery?  

We have very little control over your parcel once it leaves our warehouse. Please note that the delivery times listed above are only estimations. Oh Hello is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods.

 

Delivery Address:

Please ensure you check your delivery address & post code are correct when checking out, we cannot amend your address after your order has been placed. If your order has been sent to the incorrect address, Oh Hello / Royal Mail are not responsible for your parcel being delivered incorrectly.

Please note: If you use student accommodation / communal addresses, be aware you do so at your own risk -  if your item goes missing its not Insured.   

 

Refusing delivery / not collecting from the depot:  

Please be aware that if you refuse the delivery or its not collected it will be returned to us and the return return delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
