Pre-order items- Please note pre-order items will be dispatched on the date provided within the description. If any orders are placed with in stock items they will be shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock.  

Please ensure you check your delivery address & post code are correct when checking out, we cannot amend your address after your order has been placed. If your order has been sent to the incorrect address, Oh Hello / Royal Mail are not responsible for your parcel being delivered incorrectly.

Please note: If you use student accommodation / communal addresses, be aware you do so at your own risk -  if your item goes missing its not Insured. 

Refusing delivery / not collecting from the depot:  

Please be aware that if you refuse the delivery or its not collected it will be returned to us and the return delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
