Creator Programme Terms

OH HELLO CLOTHING Creator Programme — Terms and Conditions. Last updated: OCT 5TH 2026

By joining the OH HELLO CLOTHING Creator Programme ("the Programme"), you ("the Creator") agree to these terms with OH HELLO CLOTHING LTD, UNIT 6 GWI BUSINESS PARK, COLLOONEY, SLIGO REP. IRELAND ("we", "us").

1. Eligibility

1. You must be 18 or over and live in Ireland, the UK or the USA.
2. You must have an active public account on Instagram, TikTok, a blog or another platform we approve.
3. There is no minimum follower count. We look at engagement, content quality and fit with our brand.
4. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.
5. Creators already on our LTK programme cannot also join this Programme (see section 5).

2. Commission

1. You earn 10% commission on the net value of qualifying orders.
2. Net value means the product price paid by the customer, excluding VAT, shipping, gift cards and any portion refunded.
3. An order qualifies when it is placed using your unique discount code or through your tracked link, and is not cancelled, refunded or returned within the return window.
4. We may offer higher rates, bonuses or campaign-specific rates in writing. These apply only for the period stated.

3. Your code and link

1. We will give you a unique discount code (for example, YOURNAME10) and a unique tracked link.
2. Your code gives your followers 10% off. It cannot be combined with other discount codes.
3. Your code and link are for your own audience. Do not share them on coupon, voucher or deal websites.
4. We may change, pause or deactivate a code or link at any time.

4. Attribution

1. An order is credited to you if the customer uses your code, or clicks your link and buys within 30 days. Refunded orders are not payable
2. If a customer uses one creator's code and another creator's link, the code takes priority.
3. If two links are involved, the last link clicked before purchase is credited.
4. Our tracking system's records are final in any dispute about attribution.

5. LTK and other programmes

1. This Programme is separate from our LTK programme.
2. If you are approved on LTK with us, you will be paid through LTK only, not through this Programme, so no sale is paid twice.
3. If you are later accepted onto LTK, we will move you across and close your account here. Commission earned before the move will still be paid.

6. What you must not do

You must not:

• post your code or link on coupon, voucher, cashback or deal sites, or ask anyone else to;
• bid on our brand name or product names in paid search ads (Google, Bing or similar);
• use your own code or link to buy for yourself, friends or family to earn commission;
• buy followers, likes or engagement, or use bots;
• make false or misleading claims about our products, prices or delivery;
• post content that is offensive, discriminatory, unlawful or that damages our brand;
• create accounts, pages or websites that could be confused with ours.

Commission on orders that break these rules will not be paid and may be recovered.

7. Disclosure

1. Every post that includes your code or link, or features products we gifted, must be clearly labelled as advertising.
2. Use #ad or #affiliate at the start of the caption or clearly visible on the Story or video, not hidden among other hashtags.
3. You must follow the ASAI Code and CCPC guidance on influencer marketing in Ireland, and the ASA/CAP guidance in the UK, and the FTC Endorsement Guides in the USA.
4. We may ask you to edit or remove posts that do not meet these rules.

8. Payouts

1. Commission becomes payable after the 28-day return window for each order closes.
2. We pay monthly, by the 15th of each month, for commission that became payable in the previous month.
3. The minimum payout is €25, or $25 for creators paid in US dollars. Balances under this roll over to the next month.
4. We pay by Shopify Collabs, to the payout account you connect in the app. You are responsible for giving us correct payment details.
5. Unpaid balances under the minimum are forfeited if your account is closed and inactive for 12 months.

9. Returns and refunds

1. If an order is refunded or returned after commission is paid, we may deduct that commission from your next payout.
2. Partial refunds reduce commission in proportion.

10. Gifted products

1. We may send you products to feature. Gifting is at our discretion and you are not obliged to post about gifted items unless agreed in writing.
2. Gifted products are yours to keep and are not payment for content.
3. Gifted products may count as a benefit in kind for tax purposes. You are responsible for checking this.

11. Use of your content

1. You keep ownership of everything you create.
2. By tagging us or posting with your code, you allow us to reshare your post on our social channels with credit to you.
3. We will ask your permission before using your content in paid ads, email, our website or print. Paid usage may be agreed separately.

12. Tax and status

1. You are an independent creator, not our employee, agent or partner.
2. You are responsible for declaring commission income and paying any tax due.
3. We will provide a statement of payments made to you on request. Creators in the USA may need to provide a W-9 tax form before we can pay commission.

13. Your data

We process your name, contact details, social handles, payment details and performance data to run the Programme, as set out in our privacy policy. Our affiliate platform, Shopify Collabs, processes this data on our behalf.

14. Ending your participation

1. You may leave at any time by emailing MARKETING@OHELLOCLOTHING.COM.
2. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, with or without reason. If we end it because you broke these terms, unpaid commission may be forfeited.
3. Otherwise, commission earned before your account closes will be paid on the normal schedule.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email you at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continuing in the Programme after that date means you accept the new terms.

16. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Ireland], and the courts of [Ireland] have jurisdiction.
