You have 28 days from the date your order is delivered for your return to reach us. Please see our returns information below for full details. 

📦 1) Package Your Return

You may return your items using the original packaging or your own packaging — the important thing is that the parcel is securely sealed.

Please include the original packing slip where possible. If you no longer have this, please clearly write your order number inside the parcel. Failure to include this information may delay your refund.

Returned items should be sent back in the same condition they were received. Please ensure garments are folded neatly with all zips and buttons fastened.

⚠️ International Returns 
Please ensure you select “Returned to Seller” as the reason for export on your postage label.

If you are asked to declare a parcel value, please state a value below €50 to avoid customs clearance issues. Declaring a value of €0 may result in the parcel being rejected by Irish Customs.

🧾 3) Keep Your Tracking Information

Please retain your postage receipt and tracking number until your return has been fully processed. This allows us to assist in locating the parcel if needed.


✔️ 4) Refund Processing

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will email you within 10 working days to confirm your refund has been processed.

Please only contact us regarding your refund if 10 working days have passed since delivery to our warehouse.
