My delivery was late, can i get a refund for the delivery?

Amazing classy dress
Excellent quality this dress is made out of but not stretchy material. I ordered a size 8 which was true to fit even though it might’ve been just slightly big round the back of the shoulders but you couldn’t notice it that much. Very elegant and classy dress.
